John "Sandy" Santucci – President/CEO
John founded JSP in the early eighties, following a career as a professional freestyle skier for several seasons, and as a TV producer/commentator for ESPN. John, nicknamed “Sandy”, has been involved in photography and videography most of his life.

Besides running JSP’s daily operations, Sandy’s expertise is videography on the ground and even in the air. As an X-professional athlete, Sandy started JSP shooting and editing skiing competitions (see HISTORY section for more info).

His son, Philip, a senior at the UNC’s Monfort School of Business, plays third base and catcher for UNC’s D-1 baseball program. He is currently playing in the WCCBL league in B.C. Canada.

John spends his off-hour time with family (his parents also reside in Denver) attending Phil’s games, playing golf, mountain biking, and skiing. “Sandy” is passionate about “his” Colorado Rockies, the 2007 NL winners. He tries to attend as many home games as possible.

Brad Godfrey – Senior Editor and Producer
Brad, a native of Kalamazoo, Michigan, came to Denver 10 years ago to attend the Art Institute of Colorado. He finished school and has been with JSP for the past six years. Brad is JSP’s senior editor and producer. He is proficient with all the latest equipment, and is an "ace" with the Final Cut Pro HD editing software. He is also an incredibly skilled cameraman and engineer.

Brad is married and lives in Parker, Colorado. An avid snowboarder, Brad is currently restoring a 1975 Fiat Spider convertible which he hopes to autocross with his father someday. Brad's immediate family has expanded with their first, kaitlyn.

Doug Darling – Sales/Marketing,Writer/Associate Producer
Doug has been around the video business scene for many years. An, ex-Scripts-Howard Television Account Executive & Producer, Ad agency and video production firm owner, he now handles various administrative duties at JSP including marketing, contracts, proposals, script writing, promotions, and even acts as a P.A. on occasion.

He lives with wife Stephanie, daughter Jennifer, (recent CU grad), a Lab named Margo, and two cats. Leisure activities revolve around biking, hiking, and snow skiing. Doug is a big fan of the Colorado Avalanche Hockey team.

Chuck Richardson – Senior Videoagrapher
Chuck is considered JSP's senior videographer and DP. He has 25 years experience in every phase of video production. Chuck is a former WFAA-TV, Dallas, news cameraman, as well as, holding a similar position with Denver’s KUSA-TV for 15 years. He was voted as the Photographer of the Year by the NPPA in the 1990’s. Chuck has worked with JSP for the past 20 years.

He is married to wife Margie. They live in Broomfield with their Jack Russell Terrier Zeke. Chuck’s hobbies include still photography, travel, and skiing. An accomplished musician, Chuck writes pop, folk, and blues music in his spare time.

Philip Michael Santucci – Sales and Marketing Executive

Phil has recently graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Business Marketing. At JSP Phil deals with new clients, finds new business and leads, and handles all of the marketing associated with JSP. Phil is also in charge of all of the marketing associated with Hotstockfootage.com which is JSP's new website startup with online video content.

While at UNC, Phil was on the baseball team which beat many top 25 schools including Nebraska, Kansas, Texas A&M, Arkansas, and #1 ranked (at the time) Arizona State. As a senior Phil was named conference player of the week after hitting 571 with a grandslam against Nebraska in a three game series. Phil played summer baseball in Kelowna, British Colombia where he had teammates from UCLA, Stanford, Cal-Berkley, and Miami. Phil has seen the country and has been everywhere because of baseball. The values and work ethic that he learned through baseball has and will carry over to the business world.

Jason Anderson – Editor/Technician

Jason is an assistant editor and assists with many technical tasks around the office. He is actually JSP's in house computer guru! On location shoots, Jason acts as a lighting technician, gaffer, or cameraman. He was trained at the Colorado Film School in different aspects of production and has a wealth of knowledge concerning the art of lighting. In his free time he volunteers on short films and local feature films. He also enjoys photo manipulation, and film/digital photography. Other past-time activities include hiking, biking, camping, and in season snowboarding.
