Life off the Baseball Field

Recently I got to spend some time with fellas that run the show over at Gameday baseball. After a long summer of club baseball that was full of travel, learning and a ton of baseball, the Gameday coaches wanted to take some time to un-wind with a little fun at the shooting range. Of course we had our camera gear in the car so we just had to hear what the summer was like from Director of baseball operations, and former Astros farm hand Mike Koons. And the commentary from High School director, and former Cardinals farm hand Colt Sedbrook was priceless. The balance between your on the field life and off the field life is crucial to overall success.
